MUSIC MONDAY: FALL OUT BOY'S 'FOLIE À DEUX'

Ever since the Paramore and Fall Out Boy tour rumor began, I have been reliving my favorite Fall Out Boy Album, Folie à Deux. I was never a HUGE fan of FOB during their big years but for some reason in 2009 when this album came out I decided to give it a go and I really loved it. Unfortunately, they immediately responded with a hiatus so I sort of gave up on my Fall Out Girl dream.. However, they are back in the game so it's only fitting that I get excited for this (potential) tour by listening through the album again! and again.. and again.

As for Folie à Deux, you can get it on iTunes for only $7.99. That's a pretty dang good deal for 15 items including a remix and a music video.

I have some stand-out favorite lyrics and songs from this album so let's go through them real fast..

'The (Shipped) Gold Standard', '20 Dollar Nose Bleed' and 'Disloyal Order of Water Buffaloes' are my three favorites with an honorable mention of 'Headfirst Slide Into Cooperstown On a Bad Bet' for my favorite lyric, "does your husband know the way that the sunshine gleams from your wedding band?"

If you're a devoted FOB fan then you already know of this album but if you've never given it a shot or didn't care about the band by the time this came out, take a listen! That last link will bring you to the iTunes page where you can listen to the previews.

Extra little MM snippet… here's a new Jessie J song that I HOPE AND PRAY makes it's way to the US because she hasn't had a hit over here in awhile and I'm such a huge fan of hers. This song rocks.
