BIRTHDAY NAILS!!

Oops! I just put in my memory card into my computer and stumbled upon some photos that I took on my birthday of my nails! My b-day was back on the 12th but hey, who cares? Now, what would birthday nails be without Deborah Lippmann's 'Happy Birthday' glitter polish? A lame one, that's for sure. 

I didn't know what color to do as a base and was learning towards a nice white but one google search changed my mind immediately! I loved how this looked over a bright tangerine shade. My orange of choice was Sally Hansen's 'Sun Kissed'.

I know that Deborah Lippman polishes are insanely pricey ($18 in the US) and I wouldn't even buy this polish now if I had the choice. Luckily, I've had it for almost four years now and rarely use it so it never gets used up. There are plenty of dupes out there, though! Ulta's 'Pinata-Yada-Yada' is almost identical except for the price (it's only $6).
