WET 'N WILD MEGALAST LIP COLOR 'PINKERBELL'

It's almost 8:30pm. I know. BUT! I have been without a computer for a few days while it got diagnosed(for nothing, I may add.. so no computer for nothing!) and I have been missing out on my posts. Also, I am REALLY excited to share this product with you so I just wanted to do this regardless of the time!

Wet 'N Wild did it again with this shade from their Megalast Lip Color line, 'Pinkerbell'. I've been lusting over MAC's Viva Glam Nicki lipstick for quite some time and of course, I wanted to research and see if there was a dupe prior to shelling out $15 for it. Lo and behold, there was! AND it was only $1.99!

I apologize for the crap product picture.. I was really excited to try it out and couldn't wait until morning!

*SWOONING*

'Pinkerbell' is a warm, more yellow-toned pink that is just so flattering on my skin that I have completely fallen in love. and lust. Both! I must say, the formulation isn't the best as it clings to the dry bits of my lips incessantly but if you exfoliate before wearing, you'll be fine. I think. It's still a very dry and uncomfortable formula and I wish it wasn't! It does last for awhile but it doesn't stay even the entire time so you're left with the weird lip ring look which.. isn't a good look. I just love the color so much that I'll suck it up, layer a gloss over top and suck it up.

As I said, $1.99.  Perfect Summer pink. Gotta go grab it!

WET 'N WILD 8-PAN PALETTE 'COMFORT ZONE'

Good morning! I'm thrilled about today's post because of a couple things.. 1) I've been looking to buy this palette for awhile but every time I was at CVS, they were sold out! and 2) I got it for free! I had $5 ExtraBucks Reward and this bad boy came out to $4.99. Match made in heaven.

Wet 'N Wild, known as every blogger's 'underdog' brand, outdoes themselves in all of their products and this group is no different. Each shadow in here is pigmented, vibrant and lasting. This is an all-in-one combo that just cannot be beat in both it's price and as a product.

in order of in the palette, swatched fairly heavily
Right 'definer' over black
The main reason that I wanted this palette is because of that color right above. The right definer shade is apparently a direct dupe for MAC's 'blue brown' pigment that I have been lusting over for so long. It's such a unique shade on its own and then when you throw it over a brown or black(my favorite) base, it comes alive as this foiled, mermaid-y effect. Can't wait to try this over my lid!

Any of you own this palette? What are some of your favorite combinations that I could try out?
