BAILEY SHOPS: TOBI

Hi everybody! Okay so now that I'm a working woman, I'm able to actually buy some new clothes for myself! I haven't actually bought new clothes(or had them bought for me) in about a year so it was refreshing to see some new articles in my closet today. I finally succumbed to the website that is Tobi. If you haven't heard of Tobi yet, they're a site that sells clothes pretty similar to NastyGal and all of those trendy websites. They give customers 30% off new arrivals(awesome), 40% off your first order(even awesomer) and 50% off if you get five friends to sign up with their Facebook account(the awesomeist). They don't even have to buy anything! They simply just have to link their Facebooks. Now since this was my first order, I got 40% off my order hence why I got so much.

I wanted to show you the stock photos versus the pieces on me and my opinion so if you like them you can purchase confidently.

To let you all know, I wore a normal nude bra underneath all of these pieces so you can see what they would show without having to get out a strapless/sticky bra.

Let's start, shall we?

First was the Barely Blocking Tank which goes for(without any of the discounts) $38. I got it in a size Small and it's actually a very chic blouse. I like it a lot! The only downside is that the fabric is a bit clingy in the chest area but it's not that big of a deal. I really do like this one a lot!

I wanted to pick up a sweater, also so I got the Rocket Pocket Sweater. It has a large, oversized pocket on the far left side of the sweater and is made of a lightweight material. I was thrown for a loop a bit because the sleeves are very tight to your arm so I figured you had to scrunch them up but now that I've seen the photo, it looks like you don't. However, both look fine. It would all come up to preference. Price without discounts is $42. I got a size Small.

Okay first off with this dress is that the stock photo from the website actually has the color right. It's nowhere as bright as it is in my photo. I was nervous for this Nancy Sleeveless Dress because I thought I was going to have to wear my low-back bra extender to have it not show but it actually didn't show! I got a size Small and it's definitely not anywhere near tight on me. I'm actually going to have to figure something out with the straps to make them even shorter because the front is a BIT too big on me. The rest is very comfortable, though. I am a huge fan of this one. I wish there were more colors other than red, navy and leopard because I would buy all of them. This one to begin with is $48.

Cue my most anticipated and thus, most disappointed piece! I was super excited for this dress because the back was sooo cuuute.. too bad it's too small on me. I can wear it and zip it up(barely) but it's very snug. I don't think I'm going to return it.. actually, now that my brain is on the subject, I probably will try and exchange it for a larger size. I got a small. It's very modest in the front and fun in the back! I really like the idea of it and once I get the right size I know I'll be in love. It also comes in SUPER cute colors oh man.. I want to get them all! Retailing for $42.

Lastly I bought these super cute and casual floral leggings. I got them in a size medium because I have mega long legs and wanted to ensure they fit! They definitely do and getting a medium allowed my to star comfortable in them. I love this with the Rocket Pocket sweater like I had on in my picture. Starting price was $30.

Overall, I'm very pleased with my first Tobi order. I am grateful that they have free US shipping for orders over $75 AND free returns. They're a smart site to be so user-friendly and accessible. Big thumbs up!
