Well, well, well. We have found ourselves at the end of yet another month, this time being April! That means Summer is just around the corner. I have some favorite products that I've enjoyed this month to share with you all. Scroll down a bit to read about 'em!
L'Oreal True Match Super Blendable Crayon Concealer in Neutral Fair/Light- Check out my post on this product here! This concealer is now my go-to for my under eyes as the color is great for my skin and it lasts all day long (with some help from my setting sprays!). It's very easy to blend and it covers up my makeup perfectly, which is one of the reasons I wear concealer in the first place. I use it to round out my eyeshadows and tidy up the shadow or liner placed on my lower lash line.
Rimmel Scandal Eyes Kohl Kajal Eyeliner Pencils- I much prefer these to their larger counterpart (also by Rimmel) and I must say that these are a sure dupe for Urban Decay's 24/7 liners. They are equally creamy and easily blendable and smudgable. The colors are all very pigmented and last all day on your lids without any problems. The key for me is that they also apply to the waterlines fantastically. No tugging or pain here!
Revlon Lip Butter in 'Juicy Papaya'- You can see it in action here. This guy has stood out as my favorite lip butter officially. It's a natural, yet still bright enough color on the lips so you can wear it with just about anything. It's warm and fresh and I think it'll be awesome to wear with a tan and minimal makeup!
Urban Decay eyeshadow in 'Secret Service'- This has become a bit of a staple piece. You can see it in any photo that I post of myself wearing makeup as it's the only shadow that I now use on my brows. I used to use 'Naked' towards the inner part but now I just take the tiniest amount of this color and feather it inward. This keeps my brows looking more unified and I believe just all-around nicer. Don't believe it's in any palette so you'll have to buy it separately but if you have hair similar in darkness to mine, then it's worth it.
Benefit 'Dandelion' blush and lip gloss- Got these two samples and boy, am I happy I did. I have always wanted a Benefit boxed powder but just have never been able to justify buying one as I wasn't in love with any of them specifically. However, I now am. Dandelion is a pale 'ballerina' pink that can be packed on messily but still look pretty! The lip gloss sister to it is just as lovely and gives a nice, natural sheen to your lips. I was skeptical on the Benefit glosses at first since I had heard that they were super sticky and just not worth it BUT! I have had the complete opposite experience with this one! It's very lightweight and it wears off without getting tacky and gloopy. Total win.
